SMS Commands
Text us at 692667 (MYCOOP) and use these commands to check your account(s) or click here:

  • BAL Text "bal" to receive a list of your accounts and suffixes with their current available balances.
  • HIST Text "hist {account suffix}" to receive a list of recent transactions on that account. Example: "hist 10"
  • LIST Text "list" to receive a list of your account suffixes with their associated account types.
  • LOAN Text "loan {account suffix}" to receive details on your loan, such as the next payment due date. Example: "loan 1"
  • STOP Text "stop" to deactivate your account. You will no longer have access to Text Banking until you register again.

If you're preparing to travel out of the country and intend to use your PFCU Visa credit or debit card, please be sure to notify us as soon as possible when you'll be traveling and where. Because of the number of fraudulent credit and debit card transactions in foreign countries, we want to protect you and your money. With Shared Branching your membership and accounts remain at Providence Federal Credit Union, but you can access your accounts and conduct business with us through any of the convenient CU Service Center locations. Member Notice: 7-ELEVEN no longer a part of the Allpoint Network
Effective, July 1, 2017 - 7-ELEVEN stores are no longer apart of the Allpoint Network. This will result in a surcharge if you choose to accept the fee at the 7-ELEVEN locations.

Although 7-Eleven is no longer part of the network, Allpoint has actually increased the number of locations in OR/WA due to the new locations we’ve brought onboard. Rite Aid is now part of the network nationwide, which increases the number of locations in OR/WA and the surrounding states. Allpoint is available at over 55,000 locations.
