Make envelope-less cash and check deposits without a deposit slip, withdrawals, transfer funds, cash checks, make loan payments, make credit card payments, and much more! And if you want to ask a question, simply touch the screen to speak to a PFCU personal teller.

ITMs allow members to speak directly via a live-feed monitor to a member service representative about a variety of financial services. Or they can simply use the ITM exactly as they would use an ATM.

All interactive tellers and member service representatives are Providence FCU employees. The only difference is that they are co-located at our Milwaukie office to support all financial needs remotely. They receive the same training and meet the same privacy requirements as our in-branch tellers and member service representatives.

Absolutely. When using an ITM, transactions are just as secure as those conducted in-person with tellers or member service representatives inside one of our branches.

No. The ITM can be used just like an ATM if you simply insert your card into the machine. This allows you to make simple ATM transactions without needing to speak to a representative, while still having the option to speak to a live representative if you would like some assistance.

We have a video that will show you how to use the ITM. Check it out!

I used the ITM myself, but am always greeted with a smile and a hello. The staff has been friendly and very helpful to us for 38 years.
