Member Service Representative II
Member Service Representative II provides a seamless delivery of member service from routine to complex issues by assisting in a branch environment.

This position requires you to travel to Admin Offices in Milwaukie, OR and Providence St. Vincent’s Medical Center.
- Bilingual: Spanish language proficiency (preferred not required)
- This position is in a call-center environment processing loans for Providence Federal Credit Union
Required Qualifications:
- Continued participation in lending classes and/or workshops to further job knowledge as necessary
- 1 year experience cross-selling and processing loans
- Must possess one or more of the following:
- Credit union or financial services experience
- 1 year employment in a customer service position that required cash handling
Preferred Qualifications:
- Upon hire: Registered with NMLS Federal Registry or ability to obtain NMLS within the first 90 days of employment.
- Credit Union experience.
Pay Range: $16.51 – $25.74
The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
Schedule: Full-time (Monday – Friday: 7:15 AM – 4:15 PM) at Credit Union Office in Milwaukie, Oregon
