Meet Our Executive Team
The day-to-day operations of PFCU are overseen by our Executive Leadership Team. They are experienced financial executives who bring extensive experience, knowledge, and leadership to the organization, each dedicated to serving our members and community.

Larry Ellifritz, President & CEO
Larry brings over 30 years of experience in the financial industry to his role as President and CEO. Beginning his career as a loan officer and steadily advancing from there, he is skilled in all faucets of lending with a strong emphasis on real estate lending. Larry joined the industry after graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Washington State University (go Cougs!). He has a passion for community and carries out that mission through his involvement on the GoWest Foundation Board and other various organizations that work to strengthen the financial prosperity of their communities.

Leo Lee, VP of Technology
Leo has over 20 years experience working in the financial services industry. At PFCU, Leo’s responsible for implementing IT strategies, managing computer systems and ensuring the Credit Union is safe from online threats. Leo holds a degree in Computer Information Systems and is a graduate of Western Cuna Management School. Previously, Leo served as board chair for the Credit Union’s Community Impact Team and completed the Emerging Leaders Program from the Northwest Credit Union Association.

Carolyn Mah, VP of Marketing
Carolyn brings over three decades of proven experience in the banking sector, earning multiple accolades for her leadership and innovative approach. She has received prestigious honors, including the Anna Read Award for leadership and the CUNA Diamond Award for creative design and packaging to drive membership growth. In addition, Carolyn has made significant contributions to governance, serving on the boards of the Credit Union Women’s Association and the Mt. Hood Chapter of Credit Unions. A graduate of Oregon State University, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Currently, Carolyn leads marketing, overseeing projects, market analysis, vendor relations, web initiatives, and the improvement and execution of processes.

Kasey Rockwell, VP of Operations
Kasey has amassed a wealth of experience over 34 years in the Credit Union Movement. She has held positions in lending, new accounts, call center, Executive VP, CU Relations, and worked for 13 years at a Credit Union League. Kasey has facilitated credit union planning sessions for mid to small-sized credit unions and participated for 4 years in ALCO/ALM meetings. A graduate of WCMS and a CUDE, Kasey currently oversees branch operations, Member Care, ACH, Plastic Cards, and the credit union’s Internal Auditor. In 2021, Kasey successfully completed CUNA’s Financial Management eSchool.

Annie Fontenot, VP of Finance
Annie is a seasoned professional, with 17 years of working in the financial services industry in both banks and credit unions. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Accountancy and her Master of Business Administration in Finance/General Management. Annie’s responsibility is overseeing the accounting, reporting, and operational accounting aspects of Providence Federal Credit Union. Annie completed a 1 on 1, two-session ALM training with C. Myers in September of 2021.

Aaron Wiggins, VP of Lending
Aaron has 18 years of experience and expertise working in the financial services industry, holding positions such as Branch Manager, Loan Center Manager, and AVP of Lending. At PFCU, Aaron’s role is to oversee the lending department, including the policy, procedures, systems, processes, implementation and improvement of the credit union’s loan products.
Meet Our Board of Directors
The people who serve on the Board of Directors are unpaid volunteers who give their time and commitment to Providence Federal Credit Union. Elected by their fellow members at our Annual General Meeting, they’re responsible for the general control, direction and management of the Credit Union.
