Members can speak directly via a live-feed monitor to a member service representative about a variety of financial services.
These services include:
- Make a Deposit
- Make a Withdrawal
- Make a Loan Payment
- Transfer Funds
- Cashier’s Check
Members can also use an ITM exactly as they would an ATM, by simply inserting their card to bypass the video call features.

We always want to make sure our members are comfortable in our branches and we are happy to accommodate for financially sensitive topics. One great location for this is our ITM at the Providence Portland Medical Center (PPMC). It is a single-use booth that provides privacy for a live video call with a member service representative (MSR).
You can also create an appointment online to meet with an MSR by phone or in-person. You can even speak with us over our live Video Banking feature accessed through our PFCU Mobile Banking App.

Immediately. ITM are just as efficient and quick as in-branch transactions. While ATM transactions are also quick to appear in your account, with an interactive teller or member service representative, you can always ask about changes to your account or for confirmation of the transaction.
