Annual Meeting Recap

The 61st Annual Membership Meeting took place on Wednesday, April 24, at 3:00 pm. We discussed how the Credit Union performed in 2023, plans for the coming year, and election results. For a copy of the Annual Meeting minutes from last year, please click here. Our guests also enjoyed light refreshments, door prizes, and gifts for all attendees who are PFCU members.

A copy of the 2023 Annual Report was distributed at the meeting. You may access the digital version here, as well as on our “Who We Are” page.

The annual meeting is one of the many benefits of credit union membership. Thank you to all who attended!

Election Results

Mary Savage and Kevin Matheny were re-elected to the board. Congratulations on another 3-year term!

Mary Savage

I currently serve as the Board Chair for PFCU, having been a member for over 50 years. I was the Region Director of Diagnostic Imaging at Providence Health & Services and hold a Bachelor of Science in Management and Communication and a master’s in business administration. Being part of this Credit Union Board and a voice for the members is very rewarding. I am committed to representing our members effectively and hope to continue in this leadership role for you.

Kevin Matheny

I’m the Executive VP and Chief Development Officer for Concordia University’s Foundation and hold a Master of Arts in Philanthropy and Development from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. As a PFCU member since 1999, I’m eager to contribute my skills and leadership experience to the credit union. Since many of the members are former co-workers of mine, I promise to continue to serve on behalf of all members.
