Yes! To view your tax documents through Online Banking go to Statements in the dashboard (the dashboard is on the left side in Online Banking and at the bottom in the Mobile app).
Tax forms will be sent out each year at the beginning of February.
To make a wire transfer, download our Domestic Wire Transfer Request or International Wire Transfer Request form. Make sure you have the following information:

To order a new debit or credit card go to “Card” in Online Banking or your Mobile Banking App. From there you can order a new card by selecting “Lost Card” or “Damaged Card.”

You may be wondering, what is a routing number anyway? Good question. A routing number is a 9-digit code used to identify financial institutions in electronic transactions.
If you are already a member, you can open a new Checking and Savings account through Online Banking or the Mobile App, by going to More Services in the dashboard and then clicking Open a Share.
If you are not a member, head to our Become a Member page where you can learn more and fill out an application form.

The specific amount of your closing costs varies by situation. Appraisal fees, title charges, and closing fees may all vary from state to state and from lender to lender. To evaluate your closing fees, we’ve created three categories of which you should remain aware:
- Third-party fees
- Taxes and other unavoidable costs
- Lender fees

We collect any third-party fees and pass them on to the person who actually performed the service. |
These fees will most likely have to be paid regardless of the lender you choose. If some lenders don’t quote you fees that include taxes and other unavoidable fees, don’t assume that you won’t have to pay it. It probably means that the lender hasn’t done the research necessary to provide accurate closing costs. |
These fees are retained by the lender and are used to provide you with the lowest rates possible. This is the category of fees that you should compare very closely from lender to lender before deciding. Please note, this may not be an exhaustive list. |
Yes, you can skip up to 30 days of payments, allowing you to free up money for unexpected expenses. There is a $30 fee per loan that you skip and by skipping your payment, you will extend the term of your loan. Fill out our Skip-A-Pay Coupon Form to get started.
Adding an external account is easy through Online Banking or our Mobile Banking App. Simply go to Move Money in the online banking dashboard. Then select Manage Destinations, and then Add External Account. Connect your account through the Plaid portal by following their on-screen prompts. Plaid will likely need to initiate a withdrawal and then deposit of a $0.01 micro transaction to connect the accounts.
After the process is complete this account will be an available option when selecting where to transfer funds in the Payments & Transfer section of Move Money.

Update contact information in Online Banking or the Mobile Banking app
When logged in to Online Banking, click on the circle with your initials in the upper right corner. From the dropdown, click on “Settings.” From the “Personal Information” tab you can update your email, phone number, and address. Simply click on the pencil icon for the corresponding section you would like to update. Remember to also click the check mark icon when you are ready to save your changes.
Account Change Form
If you need to update your name, or other settings that aren’t found in online banking (like beneficiaries or joint account holders) please fill out the Account Change Form via DocuSign. You will need to upload images of a valid government issued ID. This form can also be completed in person, just be sure to bring your valid government issued ID with you.
Your employer is responsible for establishing direct deposit on your behalf. You will typically fill out a basic form requesting the following information, and they’ll do the rest.
- Credit union routing number (323075945)
- Your checking account number
- A voided check to verify the routing & checking numbers
- The address of your financial institution:

To request a credit limit increase please fill out a new credit card application, and a loan officer will work to increase the limit on your existing card.
Mortgage rates are determined by the Wall Street Prime rates. When the economic outlook is good, rates tend to increase, and rates fall when it’s not so great. It seems somewhat backward, but here’s the reasoning: When the economy is doing well, borrowers can afford more. This affects the market for mortgages, which results in slightly rising rates. Conversely, when the economy declines and unemployment rates increase, interest rates fall to make it more affordable for borrowers to take out loans.

Follow the tutorial below to open a new account through Online Banking:
18 STEPS
1. If you would like to open a Savings Account, log in to Online Banking and and click Open New Account
2. Select the account type you want to open
3. Click Submit
4. Choose the name you would like your account to have or type a custom name
5. Select the account type you would like to open
6. Click Next
7. If you would like to start your new account with a $0.00 balance, choose Do not fund the account
8. Click Next
9. If you would like to start your new account with an initial deposit from your existing Providence account, select the Transfer Funds option
10. Select the existing account you would like to use to fund your new account
11. Type in the Amount you would like to place in the new account
12. Click Next
13. Review the Account Summary to confirm all of the details are correct
14. Read the Disclosure of Terms and Conditions
15. Check off the I Have Read and Agree box
16. Click Next
17. To open a Checking Account, click Open a Checking Account
18. A fillable PDF form will open in a new window. You will need to fill out the form and follow the directions within the PDF to submit the application.
And that’s it. You’re done.

You can refinance your auto loan using our Online Application.
In order to enroll in eStatements you must first be enrolled in Online Banking. When enrolling you will be asked if you want to opt-in to eStatements.
If you are already enrolled in Online Banking and would like to switch to eStatements you can do so by clicking on Statements inside Online Banking. From there you can select Manage Preferences and then toggle Enable All to go paperless and begin receiving your monthly statements via email.
If your card has been lost or stolen we recommend that you block your card in Online Banking or the Mobile Banking app immediately. To do this, log in to Online Banking or your Mobile Banking app, go to “Cards” and then “Lock Card.” You can then go to “Lost Card” to order a replacement card. You can also contact us at (866) 633-7032. We will block and reissue your card.

If you forgot your username or password, follow the tutorial below to retrieve it:
9 STEPS
1. From our website homepage, click Online Banking Login
2. If your forgot your password, click New User or Forgot your password?
3. Read the information about the password reset process.
4. Fill in the fields with your Account Number, Email Address, and Last Name.
5. Click Submit and follow the instructions in your password change email.
6. If you forgot your Username, click Online Banking Login from our website home page
7. Click Forgot Username?
8. Fill in the empty fields with your Account Number, Email Address, and Last Name.
9. Click Submit and follow the prompts to log in to your account.
And that’s it! You’re done.

If you enter incorrect login information several times in quick succession, your account will be locked for security reasons. Once your account has been locked, you will need to contact a Member Service Representative at (503) 215-6090 to reset your account.

You can deposit a check using our mobile app’s Mobile Deposit feature. Tap DEPOSIT in the dashboard (open the dashboard by tapping the blue box with arrows at the bottom of the screen). From there, you can follow the in-app prompts and take a photo of each side of the check to complete your deposit. Just make sure the check is properly filled out, including the endorsement on the back, so that there are no issues or delays in your deposit.

A mortgage note, also known as a real estate lien note, is a signed legal document. By signing, one agrees to repay the loan amount as well as any interest that accrues within a specified amount of time. The interest rate is predetermined.
When you take out a real estate loan, you will also need to sign the mortgage (deed of trust) as well as a promissory note. The promissory note contains the terms of loan repayment, while the deed is released to you upon completion of payment.
Setting up direct deposit is easy! Speak to your HR department about setting up direct deposit. If you are a Providence employee, refer to this link for help setting up direct deposit in Genesis.
Once your direct deposit is set up, you’ll be automatically enrolled in Early Direct Deposit.
To remove an account from your Online Banking account profile, follow the steps below:
- Log in to online banking.
- Click on Secure Message Center (Mail icon)
- Input the account you would like to close.
- Specify where to transfer the funds.

There is currently no restriction on the number of times deposited per day. However, total deposits cannot exceed $5,000 per day or $25,000 in any 30 day period.

You can set up free automatic bill payments using the Bill Pay feature in Online Banking and the mobile app.
- Log in to your Online Banking account, or Mobile Banking app.

Signing up for Mobile Banking is as simple as downloading the “Providence FCU Mobile” app from your app store and following the prompts to login. A debit card is linked to your checking account and draws from the available money within the linked account.
A credit card allows you to borrow money from a limited line of credit offered by a financial institution. Each month you will receive a statement specifying your purchase amounts and details, as well as the minimum payment due. If you do not pay off your credit card in full each month you will be charged interest on the money you owe.
You can make a transfer to another account using Online Banking or the PFCU Mobile Banking App.
- Select Move Money from the dashboard in Online Banking.
- Then select Payments and Transfers
- Select the account you want to transfer money from
- Select the account you want to transfer money to
- Enter the frequency that you want this transfer to occur (one-time, recurring, etc.)
- Enter the transfer date

The following checks may be declined for mobile deposit:
- Checks that have been altered beyond a signature endorsement
- Checks partially filled out
- Checks that are payable to third parties that are not joint on the account.

It’s important to note that we can only guarantee early deposits if your employer or payer provides payment details. Remember that this service depends entirely on receiving your direct deposit information early. If your deposit doesn’t arrive early, you can expect funds to be available on your scheduled payday.
Your account balance is the total amount of money that is currently in your account, including all funds engaged in holds and pending transactions.
Your available balance is the total amount of money in your account that is accessible for purchases and withdrawals. This number does not include held or pending funds.
Please note, available balance does not account for checks that have not been cashed or deposits which have yet to post.
Overdraft fees are determined using your available balance.
To sign in to online banking, access our log in portal on our homepage. You will then need to enter your username and password. If you have not verified the device from which you are logging in, you may need to answer security questions which you established during the enrollment process.
If you have not set up a username, you are able to log in once with your Account Number, at which point you will be prompted to create a username for you to log in with in the future.
Providence Federal Credit Union does not have a SWIFT code. However, we do offer international wires.
We use a routing number instead of a SWIFT code: 323075945. This number is used to complete electronic transfers, bill payments, and set up direct deposit.

Early Direct Deposit is a free service that comes with your PFCU checking and savings accounts, in which we credit your eligible direct deposit transaction up to two business days early. There’s no enrolling or activating! If we receive your direct deposit information from your employer or payer early, we will deposit your funds into your account. If your deposit doesn’t arrive early, expect it to arrive on your scheduled payday.
Employers or payers may submit their direct deposit information at different times each pay period. Sometimes they may submit it one day early, and other times two days before. We don’t have control over the timing, unfortunately. However, you can sign up for alerts to be notified when you receive your direct deposit early.
To sign up for eAlerts, log into your Online Banking and select Settings in your profile, then Security and click Manage Alerts.
To confirm that your transactions were successful, view your account history in Online Banking.
Any pending transactions will be listed first, followed by the most recent successful transactions.
No. We do not offer business accounts at this time.
The simplest way to check your account balance is through the Accounts tab in Online Banking or the PFCU Mobile Banking App. The Accounts page shows you a overview of each of your accounts, including the current and available balance. By clicking into a specific account you can view recent transactions and even your Account number for that account.

A PLOC is what’s known as a revolving line of credit. This type of credit gets its name from how you use it: borrow some, then pay it back, borrow again, pay it back again. You’ll draw from your PLOC by transferring to your checking or savings account with our mobile app.
A HELOC is a revolving line of credit, similar to a credit card. You can borrow as much as you need up to your credit limit, any time you need it. Because a HELOC is a line of credit, you only make payments on the amount you borrow, not on the full amount available to you.

A Fixed Home Equity Loan provides you with a fixed amount of money. You repay the loan with equal monthly payments for a fixed period of time—similar to a mortgage payment.

Based on the value of your home’s equity, we will help determine how much you can borrow. During the draw period, you can advance money as you need it. As you pay off the principle, your available balance is restored, allowing you to use it again. Unlike a fixed-rate loan, you only pay on the balance owed, providing flexibility to use as little or as much as you need.

The International Bank Account Number (IBAN) is an international standard of identifying bank accounts. These numbers are used when making or receiving international payments.
The IBAN varies by country/institution and does not replace your account number. Yes, however, there is a penalty for withdrawing from your certificate account early:
Your Certificate account will mature on the maturity date set forth on your Account Receipt or Renewal Notice. We may impose a penalty if you withdraw any of the principal of your Certificate before the maturity date. (1) Amount of Penalty. The amount of the early withdrawal penalty is 90 days dividends calculated on the balance at the time of withdrawal. (2) How the Penalty Works. The penalty is calculated as a forfeiture of part of the dividends that has been or would be earned at the nominal dividend rate on the account. It applies whether or not the dividends have been earned. In other words, if the account has not yet earned enough dividends or if the dividends have already been paid, the penalty will be deducted from the principal. (3) Exceptions to Early Withdrawal Penalties. At our option, we may pay the account before maturity without imposing an early withdrawal penalty under the following circumstances: When an account owner dies or is determined legally incompetent by a court or other body of competent jurisdiction. Certificate accounts are automatically renewable accounts. Automatically renewable accounts will renew for another term upon maturity. You have a grace period of seven (7) days after maturity in which to withdraw funds in the account without being charged an early withdrawal penalty. Your account is nontransferable and nonnegotiable. The funds in your account may not be pledged to secure any obligation of an owner, except obligations with the Credit Union.

Is the credit union insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. (FDIC), like banks and thrifts?
Unlike Banks and Trusts which are insured by the FDIC is centered around Banks and Trusts, credit unions are insured by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) instead. Both institutions insure accounts up to $250,000. The difference is that the NCUA covers regular shares and share draft accounts which are specific to credit unions and the $250,000 coverage limit applies to total deposits at a single institution.

If you would like to pay with an iPhone with Touch ID, just place your finger on Touch ID and hold the top of your iPhone near the contactless reader until you see Done and a checkmark on the display.

- Log in to your account.
- Select Move Money.
- Click Manage Destinations.
- Click Add External Account.
- Follow the prompts with Plaid to enter your external account information and submit the transfer.
Electronic transfers can be made from your savings, checking or credit card accounts.

An escrow account is established as a convenient way to manage property taxes and insurance for your home. Sometimes referred to as an “impound account”, escrow accounts allow you to make one monthly payment, instead of paying individual bills when they are due.
A portion of your monthly mortgage payment goes directly to your mortgage (principal and interest) and the remainder is allocated to your escrow account to cover property taxes and insurance. When the individual bills are due, your lender will pay them with funds from your escrow account.
To enroll in Online Banking you will need:

There are several potential reasons you may have received an error message on your mobile app. Please reach us at (503) 215-6090 or email us at [email protected].
Transferred funds will be deducted from your available balance immediately. However, due to the time it takes to process the transfer funds, the money may still appear in your overall balance for a short amount of time.
Once you add your Providence Federal Credit Union card to Google Pay, you can make Google Pay your default wallet. Make sure the merchant you would like to pay shows the following icon at the point-of-sale terminal:
If the terminal can accept contactless payments, unlock your device. Make sure your Providence Federal Credit Union card is the default card in Google Pay. Google Pay will indicate that you are ready to make a payment. Hold the phone above the contactless reader on the payment terminal. The two devices should be almost touching! The transaction will be completed automatically.
It is easy to qualify for PFCU Refresh Checking though not guaranteed, and you get all the benefits of having a checking account, including a free Visa Debit card. Check out our Refresh Checking page to learn more and apply.

Online Banking is a free service for anyone who has any account with Providence Federal Credit Union.

To make a purchase with Samsung Pay, follow the steps below:
- Open the Samsung Pay app on your phone
- Click Pay and choose which card you would like to use
- Select PIN or IRIS and then enter any required information to ensure your security. If you have fingerprint security set up, you can pay by placing your finger on your phone’s fingerprint scanner.
- Hold the back of your phone up to the contactless reader and follow the prompts to complete your purchase.
And that’s it! You’ve successfully completed your first Samsung Pay transaction!

Samsung Pay uses two technologies that allow the solution to work almost anywhere:
- Near-field communication (NFC) technology allows your phone to connect with contactless terminals for tap-to-pay transactions
- Magnetic secure transmission (MST) can be used with older terminals at which you would typically have to swipe a card. Your phone equipped with Samsung Pay emits a magnetic signal to simulate the magnetic strip found on the back of a credit or debit card when you hold the phone against one of these readers.
Your actual Providence Federal Credit Union card number is never used in Samsung Pay transactions making this solution more secure than a regular plastic card transaction.

When using Online Bill Pay, a paper check will only be sent if the recipient’s account cannot receive electronic transfers. If your recipient has received a paper check from your online bill payment, they may deposit it as they would any normal check.
Yes, but messaging and data rates may apply depending on your plan. Check with your carrier for details. You do not need to be connected to the internet to use Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Samsung Pay in-store.

Google Pay is a safe and secure digital way to use your debit and credit card from your Android or Apple device. Once you enter your Providence Federal Credit Union card, you can make purchases in-store, online, and in-app. Google Pay also allows you to send money to friends and family.
You can also add gift cards, loyalty cards, tickets, and coupons to Google Pay so you can shop where you want, at your convenience!
No. The ITM can be used just like an ATM if you simply insert your card into the machine. This allows you to make simple ATM transactions without needing to speak to a representative, while still having the option to speak to a live representative if you would like some assistance.

Instead of transmitting your actual credit or debit card number at the register, Google Pay creates a unique and encrypted number along with a dynamic, one-time security code or cryptogram to process your payment. Merchants will not see your name or have access to your actual card number; further protecting your account information.

Yes! Instead of using your private card number, Mobile Wallet solutions such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay create, encrypt, and save an individual device account number on your phone or another compatible device.
When you use your Mobile Wallet to make a purchase, the secure account number will be used to process your purchase. Your personal Providence Federal Credit Union card number is never shared with merchants or entered with payment! This allows you to make safe and secure payments directly from your device!

Samsung Pay is an application for your mobile device that allows you to link your Providence Federal Credit Union debit and credit card to your phone so you can pay even when the card is not physically present; all directly from your handheld device.
Purchases can be made from Samsung Pay online, in-app, or in-store. It is convenient, fast, and more secure than using your plastic card.
October 10, 2023. As we prepare for this upgrade, we will communicate relevant information through email, online banking, and our website.
We’re always evaluating our services and how we can make them easier and more convenient for our members. We’re updating our online and mobile banking to provide our membership with more features, a new modern design, and enhanced security.
No. Your member number, routing number, checks, bill pay payees, and Debit/Credit Card numbers will all remain the same.
You can log in with your current username and password.
However, if you are using your member account number to log in, you will be prompted to change your username. This is because we’re applying enhanced authentication technology to protect your data and accounts. Please note that if you haven’t updated your username by November 10, 2023, you must re-register for online banking. We recommend that you take a moment to click on “forgot username” from the online banking login screen and follow the prompts to change it.
You will only need to set up or re-enter information for a couple of services once the upgraded digital banking platform is live:
- Alerts– The upgraded system will have new and improved Alert options. Previous alert settings will need to be reset after the upgrade. To set up new alerts, visit your profile on the top right. Select Settings, navigate to Security, and click on Alerts.
- Muti Account Access – To view other accounts for which you are the joint owner, call us to set up access. Once set up, you can view all your accounts in one area.
Our new and improved mobile banking app is here, as of October 2023. Your process for getting the updated app depends on your phone platform. Review the instructions below, based on your phone platform:
Apple (iOS) Users:
If you have an Apple iPhone (iOS 14 or higher), the new mobile app will update automatically based on your typical app update settings. To be sure the update occurs, we recommend you go into the app store and update to the new version manually. The new version of the app will display a white icon with an orange background and can be found by searching “Providence FCU Mobile.”
Android Users:
If you have an Android phone (OS 7.0 or higher) you’ll need to manually go into the Google Play store and download our new free app. At that time, we also recommend you delete the old PFCU Mobile Banking App. The new version of the app will display a white icon with an orange background and can be found by searching “Providence FCU Mobile.”
For Android and Apple users, the new app icon will have a white “P” logo on an orange background:
The routing number for PFCU is 323075945. It’s the 9-digit number on the bottom of your checks, located on the far left. But you can easily find it at the bottom of every page of our website.

Internet Explorer is not supported. You will need to use a recent version (the last two released) of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, or the previous version of Microsoft Edge.
No. Any previous alerts will have to be set up again with the new eAlert tool. But with this upgrade you will be able to customize more alerts and notifications easier and faster!
To set alerts in the new online banking, just go to your profile, and select Settings > Security > My Alerts > Add New Subscription.
To set alerts in the new mobile app, just go to your profile, select Settings > Security > Manage Alerts; click on the menu icon (three lines), and select “My Alerts” from the drop down menu and then “Add New Subscription”.

Google Pay is here to provide security, ease, and convenience to your everyday life. Now, you can leave your wallet safe at home and access your money from your phone wherever contactless payments are accepted. Follow the steps below to add your Providence Federal Credit Union card to your Android phone:
- Open the Google Pay app. If you have multiple accounts in Google Pay:
- Tap Menu at the top left
- Tap the down arrow
- Choose an account
- At the bottom, tap Payment then Add
- Select Credit or debit card
- You can either use your phone camera to capture your card in or type it in yourself
- You may be asked to verify your payment method. If so, choose an option from the list
- Find and enter the verification code
If you would like to add Google Pay to an iPhone or computer, visit the Add a Payment Method page.
After you add a card, you might see a small charge on your account from Google Pay. This charge just confirms that your card and account are valid. However, it won’t affect your balance and will disappear. And that’s it. You’re ready to pay with Google Pay!
Tools offered by SavvyMoney include:
- A free credit score every month with the ability to refresh daily
- Personalized analysis of each component of your score
- Clear, simple explanations of factors impacting your score
- Videos and daily articles from personal finance expert Jean Chatzky
As long as you are a regular online and mobile banking user, your credit score will be updated every month. You can click “refresh score” as frequently as every day by navigating to the detailed SavvyMoney site from within online and mobile banking.
There is no cost to you whatsoever for the SavvyMoney credit score services, and no credit card information is required to register.
No. Checking SavvyMoney is a “soft inquiry,” which does not affect a credit score. Lenders use “hard inquiries” to make decisions about creditworthiness when you apply for loans.
No, SavvyMoney Credit Score is a free service to help you understand your credit health, make improvements in your score, and see loan and credit card offers from PFCU. We don’t have access to your credit files with SavvyMoney unless you choose to share it. If you would like to share, you can easily do so by navigating to the Credit Report tab and clicking “Download Report” to share at your discretion.
SavvyMoney uses bank-level encryption and security measures to keep the data safe and secure. Your personal information is never shared with or sold to a third party.
SavvyMoney makes its best effort to show the most relevant information from a credit report. If you think some of the information is wrong or inaccurate, you can “File a Dispute” with Transunion by clicking on the “Dispute” link within SavvyMoney. If the inaccuracy is verified, Transunion will update your report.
We would also suggest you obtain a free credit report from the other bureaus at www.annualcreditreport.com, and then dispute inaccuracies with each bureau individually. Each bureau has its own process for correcting inaccurate information.
Yes. SavvyMoney will monitor and send email alerts when there’s been a change to your credit profile.
In order to access the dashboard in Online Banking and Mobile Banking, first tap or click on the double arrow icon on the left side of the screen (or the bottom of the screen in the Mobile Banking app).
With the dashboard open you have access to five sections:
1: Accounts
Use the accounts section to view all your account balances and account information, like recent transactions and account numbers. You can also perform quick transfers in the Accounts section.
2: Money Money
The Move Money sections handles all sorts of payments and transfers. You can set up Bill Pay, schedule recurring payments, connect external accounts, and request cashier’s checks.
3: Card Services
Card Services is where you can manage your various debit and credit cards. You can temporarily lock your card, report it missing or damaged, and even set up travel notices.
4: Statements
In Statements you can view eStatements, eNotices and tax documents. This is also where you manage your statement preferences, like choosing to receive your monthly statements in the mail or via email.
5: More Services
There is a lot to explore in More Services. You can set up overdraft protection, view account information, order checks, and open accounts. Loan Services options are also available here, including loan payments, rates and applications. This is also where you can book appointments and video chat with us.

You can set up customized Alerts in Online Banking or the Mobile Banking app to receive notifications about various account activities.

Your PFCU ATM/Debit cards will remain active until May 31, 2025. After this date, and to ensure uninterrupted service, we will issue new cards sometime in May before the conversion date of June 1. We will notify you when your new cards will be arriving and when they will be activated.
Rest assured, your account numbers will stay the same unless there’s a conflict of duplicate member numbers between the two credit unions. (Response updated 8/15/2024)
No, your loan terms will not change and none of our loans will be sold. Members will continue to make payments to the credit union, as normal.
Rest assured, any automatic deposits and withdrawals using your account number will continue to process as usual, with no additional action needed from you.
We are working diligently to make this merger as seamless as possible for our members. While we are still determining if an account change will be needed, it would not be until mid-2025, so please continue to order and/or use PFCU checks as you normally would. If you have unused checks that need to be replaced due to an account change in the future, the credit union will cover the cost. If there are no account changes, the checks you have today will continue to work and will not need to be replaced. We will communicate updates as we have more information.
The PFCU branch at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center, the ITM at the Providence Portland Medical Center and the branch in San Diego in UDW will remain open.
Our doors at the PFCU Administrative Office in Milwaukie, OR will officially close at the end of day Friday, May 30, 2025. Our headquarters will move to the CCCU headquarters in NE Portland on Monday, June 2, 2025. (Response updated 8/19/2024)
If you have an account open at each credit union, your PFCU account will move over to CCCU resulting in two separate accounts, which is anticipated to be in June 2025.

For those with joint accounts, the primary account holder—the first name listed on the account—has the right to vote. Unfortunately, if you’re only a joint owner without a primary account, you won’t be able to participate in this election.

Apex Checking is a high-yield checking account (up to 5.50% APY*) available on January 1, 2025.
Apex Checking allows you to maximize your money with a few account requirements:
- Set up Direct Deposit
- Sign up for eStatements
- Login to Online Banking at least once per month
- Make at least 10 debit card transactions per month
